Get Television On Your Computer

The lure of online television and movies is very strong. For many people who do not have access to cable television and would like to watch the latest in television and movies, streaming online television has its obvious attraction. It means deciding where you want to spend your money though because the old adage is still true, there ain't nothing free.

You can get to watch television from your computer.  All you need is to get to Television Fanatic.  I got a promotional ad from Television Fanatic that promised to let me watch television and movies on my computer using streaming television and movies app and all for free.  That free bit really got my interest since I am now paying 50 dollars a month for television on my television.  The ad said that I only had to download their app and get all my television and movies online for free plus a toolbar for Internet websearch. There are many of us out there who literally live behind our computers.  The addiction is very real and we don't want treatment for our computer addiction.  Now, along comes an ad for free television, can I resist?

Could I resist?  Could anyone resist free online television and movies with a promise of no registration, no spyware and free?

Well, I pressed the download button and in less than two seconds, almost, I had a television tool bar that looks like this

Watch TV: HuluTM gives you a front-row seat to small screen favorites.

Show Recaps: Catch up on episodes you may have missed with Zap2it®.
TV News: Get the scoop on your favorite stars and series with People and Entertainment Weekly®.
TV Listings: Check out Zap2Itto find out when new episodes of the hottest shows are airing.
Videos: Scope out YouTube®for the latest and greatest Web videos.

Guess what?  It isn't really free.

I mean I got a free tool bar without registration, and all of that but they want 7.95 dollars to try it.  I stopped there since that would mean I would probably have to give them my credit card. The decision I am facing is whether I am going to erase my free television toolbar or keep it for some of the freebies.  As long as I don't get some spyware that starts shooting ads into my screen, I will just keep it and research the freebies.
